MRH in the Community: Maplewood’s Christmas Tree Walk

maplewood christmas tree walk The holiday season kicks off in Maplewood with the 14th Annual Christmas Tree Walk on Friday, December 4, 2015. The festivities begin at 6:00 p.m. in Citizens National Bank Park with caroling and the grand lighting of the tree.

Key Club students from MRH will be providing hot cocoa for donations to Weekend on Wheels. High School and Elementary students will provide choral entertainment while Middle School students, dressed in festive holiday costumes, will mingle with guests and pose for photos.

During the evening, visitors will enjoy free carriage rides through historic Maplewood. Area merchants will have holiday shopping specials and many dining destinations and coffee shops will be feature live entertainment.

At 6:00 p.m. the lighting of the Christmas Tree and Caroling will take place. From 6:30-9:00 p.m. there will be free carriage rides and merchant open houses throughout Maplewood. 

All events are free and open to the public.
