Ryan Robertson Named NSCAA Coach of the Year

Maplewood Richmond Heights Head Soccer Coach, Ryan Robertson, was recently named National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Coach of the Year.

The soccer team went on to embark on a record breaking 2016-2017 season. The soccer team won Districts for the first time in 30 years. The last time they won districts was in 1986. They placed 2nd in the State Championship.

Coach Robertson was also named Coach of the Year by Missouri High School Soccer Coaches Association. Along with Robertson, players were also recognized for various awards and acknowledgments.

Zach Barton was also named MVP. Barton scored 32 goals, nine for game-winners, and added 11 assists.
