Otto Schultejans Wins METC “Making IT Happen Teacher Award”

Congratulations are in order for Otto Schultejans, Maplewood Richmond Heights High School Technology Teacher, for being nominated and winning the 2017 METC Making IT Happen Teacher Award!

Schultejans will be honored during METC’s annual conference in February.

As a program of theLearningLab of EducationPlus, a non-profit education consortium, the Midwest Education Technology Community (METC) is an educational technology program and an affiliate of the International Society of Technology in Education. METC is dedicated to assisting the education community through support, promotion, and leadership in the effective use of educational technology.

“Making IT Happen” is an internationally recognized awards program for educators and leaders in the field of educational technology integration in K–12 schools. This award is presented annually to an active full member of the METC ISTE affiliate and is recognized by ISTE.
