MRH Honored by the National School Public Relations Association
The MRH School District is proud to announce it has been honored with two awards from the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA). The first, an “Award of Merit” is for the district’s 2010-2011 annual report Global Connections – Year in Review. The second, an “Award of Honorable Mention” is for the district’s website (www.mrhsd.org).
The publications and electronic media awards contest is open to all public or private schools or districts, including special schools such as vocational-technical institutes; regional or county education service agencies; education agencies; and private businesses serving as partners with those organizations. Entries are judged according to the publication category and type and size of district/organization, so publications compete only against those from similar organizations.
Since 1935, the National School Public Relations Association has been providing school communication training, products and services to school leaders throughout the United States, Canada, and the U.S. Department of Defense Dependents Schools worldwide. NSPRA's mission is to advance education through responsible public relations and communication that leads to success for all students.
