The federal programs coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing all federally-funded programs within the district, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, distributing funds appropriately, monitoring program implementation, and reporting on the effectiveness of these programs to state and federal agencies; essentially acting as the district's expert on federal education guidelines and ensuring schools are adhering to them properly. 

What We Do

Compliance management: Monitoring all federal programs within the district to ensure they are operating in accordance with federal laws, regulations, and guidelines. 

Budget oversight: Managing the budget for federal programs, including allocating funds to schools and tracking expenditures. 

Program development and implementation: Working with school administrators to develop and implement effective federal programs tailored to specific student needs. 

Data analysis and reporting: Collecting and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of federal programs and generate reports for district leadership and state agencies. 

Professional development: Providing training and support to school staff on federal program requirements and best practices. 

Grant writing: Assisting in the development and submission of grant applications for federal funding. 

Stakeholder communication: Collaborating with school administrators, teachers, parents, and community members to ensure understanding and support for federal programs.
