The MRH School District believes that excellent employees are essential for delivering quality education. Our top priority is to select the most qualified teaching personnel, office staff, custodians and other support staff employees within the parameters of salary boundaries. Further, the District is committed to conducting appropriate staff development activities and establishing policies and working conditions which enable each staff member to make the fullest contribution to the District’s programs and services.

The Human Resources team coordinates hiring efforts and onboarding of new employees. They design and deliver professional development programs to staff, maintain HR records, offer continuing education, support health and wellness, update policies and conduct disciplinary actions.
