Tuition Reimbursement

MRH staff members who want to further their education are eligible for tuition reimbursement. In order to plan the budget for tuition support, those requesting reimbursement must submit a “Proposal for Tuition Support” in February of the year before the courses will be taken, outlining their anticipated course of study and the estimated cost. Tuition costs are reimbursed for approved coursework upon submission of a “Request for Tuition Reimbursement” form with appropriate tuition receipt(s) attached and proof of successful completion of the courses.  Upon payment of the course(s), staff members submit the tuition reimbursement request and receipt of payment. (If a staff member is unable to complete a course that has been paid by MRH, the staff member will be responsible for reimbursing the district for the district’s portion of the tuition costs.)
