Staff Print Shop Form
The MRH Staff Print Shop Order Form is your one-stop shop for all color printing, large format printing, or bound materials.
DEADLINES and DELIVERY: Printing will be done on a first come, first served basis. Please be mindful that the interns meet every other day. We do our best to meet deadlines. We sometimes also have days with 20+ prints backed up in queue. Unless we are asked otherwise, tubes will be mailed to your room via Interoffice Mail. Please return tubes promptly to HS 203.
EMERGENCY PRINTS: We understand that emergencies happen, and things come up at the last minute. We want to be as accommodating as possible, so email otto.schultejans@mrhschools.net if an emergency print is absolutely needed.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We offer additional services such as creating PDF worksheets with creative logos, or images, or pretty much anything you can imagine. Want a letter of the alphabet to look like an animal that starts with that letter? Want some images imported onto an existing PDF you use in class? No problem. We can do that. Do you have old posters we made in the past, and you want them updated? We can do that! Do you have a tired old PDF you've used for AGES and want it jazzed up? WE CAN DO THAT!
Any kind of graphic design element or graphic editing you may need, we can do that as well. Note the added questions on the form under LOGO & DESIGN if you'd like to utilize this service.
MASS PRINTING / SPECIALTY PAPER: We can do bound or stapled mass color printing on regular computer paper. If you require several color copies on specialty paper like heavy weight card stock or linen, you must provide the paper.
Note: Due to budgeting constraints, we cannot print black/white mass copies any longer. Please use your building's black/white copier, so the correct building is billed for these copies. The MRH Print Shop is meant for color copies / bound materials / stapled booklets ONLY.
STICKERS: We also offer sticker creation with our Cricut. We can cut stickers for your clubs, classes, or teams - again, you just have to provide the specialty sticker paper. The paper is usually available at Office Max or Amazon. Please purchase vinyl sticker paper for laser printers, NOT for inkjet printers.
