Tabs
Overview
iBelong. iCreate. iLearn.
Beginning in January 2026, all MRH students in grades K–8 will use iPads as part of our iBelong. iCreate. iLearn. initiative. This program provides students and teachers with powerful tools to explore, create, and personalize learning experiences. iPads foster creativity, critical thinking, and digital citizenship—preparing every MRH learner for success today and in the future
Our Purpose
Through the iBelong. iCreate. iLearn. initiative, MRH is committed to creating engaging, student-centered classrooms where technology enhances—not replaces—meaningful learning. This work supports the district’s mission to provide equitable access to digital tools that spark creativity, collaboration, and lifelong learning for every child.
Why iPads for K-8?
MRH selected iPads because they are intuitive, reliable, and designed to help students learn in flexible, creative ways. iPads make it easier for teachers to personalize instruction and for students to express their understanding through exploration, design, and storytelling. By providing consistent access to technology, MRH is helping all students engage deeply with learning—both in the classroom and at home.
Looking Ahead
The iBelong. iCreate. iLearn. initiative represents more than a technology rollout—it’s a step toward deeper engagement, creativity, and connection across our K–8 classrooms. As students and teachers begin this new chapter, MRH remains committed to thoughtful implementation, ongoing support, and open communication with families. Together, we’ll ensure that technology strengthens our sense of belonging and empowers every learner to explore, create, and grow.
What to Expect
Getting Started
iPads will be issued to all MRH students in grades K–8 beginning in January 2026 as part of the iBelong. iCreate. iLearn. initiative. Each student will receive a district-issued iPad with a protective case to support learning both in the classroom and at home. Teachers will guide students through lessons on care, creativity, and responsible use to help them feel confident using their devices. Families will receive details about expectations, support, and resources before rollout to ensure a smooth transition for everyone.
Family Support
Families play an important role in helping students use their iPads safely and effectively.
Over the coming months, MRH will share information and resources to guide families through setup, care, and digital citizenship. Planned supports will include:
-
Family iPad Agreement outlining care and expectations
-
Quick Start Guides with helpful tips for home use
-
Family Information Nights with opportunities to ask questions and explore learning apps
-
Support Options for ongoing help after rollout
More details will be shared later this fall through school newsletters and district updates.
