Student Chromebooks

• The MRH Chromebook User Agreement must be completed online annually by at least one parent/guardian for each student before a Chromebook is issued.
• The agreement is completed during new student enrollment or returning student re-enrollment through the MRH online registration system. A separate Chromebook User Agreement is required for each student.
• Students in grades 7-12 are encouraged to review and discuss the agreement with their parent/guardian to ensure understanding of the expectations outlined in the MRH Technology Use Agreement.
• Chromebooks for each student must be picked up from their designated school site. If multiple children in your household attend the same school, devices for all children may be picked up in one visit.
• Opt-Out Notice: Families may choose to opt out of receiving a Chromebook for home use. However, Chromebooks may still be assigned for classroom use as needed. Please note that personal devices may have limited support, and certain required instructional software or applications may not be available or supported on non-MRH devices.
• By completing this agreement, students and families agree to abide by the MRH Technology Use Guidelines as outlined in the district’s policy. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions, fines for damages, or loss of privileges, as outlined in the MRH Technology Use Agreement.

 PK-6th

Traditional / Continuous Learning Students (PK-6)
⏺ Beginning of the School Year
All students already enrolled prior to the start of the school year will be assigned devices with their teacher during the first 1-2 weeks of school.

⏺ New Students
Students will be assigned a device by their assigned teacher or a member of the technology department on the first day of attendance.

Virtual / Homebound Students (PK-6)
Please contact your student’s school to make an appointment to pick-up your child’s Chromebook.

7th-8th

Traditional / Continuous Learning Students (7-8)
⏺ Beginning of School Year
All students already enrolled prior to the start of the school year will be assigned devices with their designated homeroom or during a specified period as designated by the school administration during the first 2-3 days of school.

⏺ New Students
Your student will be assigned their device on their first day of school at MRH Middle School.
Virtual / Homebound Students (7-8)
Please contact your student’s school to make an appointment to pick-up your student’s Chromebook.

9th-12th

If you are unable to pick-up your device during the scheduled deployment times, please contact your child's school to make pick-up arrangements. 

MRH School District provides students with a streamlined and secure login experience using ClassLink, Google Workspace for Education, Canvas LMS, and PowerSchool SIS. These platforms ensure centralized access to all learning tools and resources.

• ClassLink: ClassLink serves as the gateway for accessing district-supported applications and tools. Students can log in to their personalized ClassLink dashboard to find links to their learning management systems, instructional applications, and other district-provided resources.
• Google Workspace for Education: Students will use their MRH Google accounts for email, collaboration, and accessing assignments shared through Google Drive, Docs, and Gmail (when applicable).
• Canvas LMS: Canvas is the primary learning management system for grades 3-12 and is also accessible to all students in grades K-12. Students will access course materials, submit assignments, and engage in discussions through their Canvas accounts.
• PowerSchool SIS: PowerSchool is used for tracking attendance, grades, and other student information. Families can log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal to monitor their child’s progress and access updates. For assistance with your account, contact the school registrar or fill out the PowerSchool Parent Help Form.

Steps for Logging In:

• Open a Chromebook or other internet-enabled device and go to MRH ClassLink Launchpad.
• Use your MRH-provided username and password to log in.
• Click on the icons in ClassLink to access Google Workspace, Canvas LMS, and other district-supported applications.

Need Help? If you experience login issues or need assistance, contact the MRH Tech Help Desk or your school’s front office for support.

• All student account information is automatically derived from information entered into PowerSchool during online enrollment and annual registration.
• Accounts will not be created/generated until the student has been enrolled in classes and can take 24 hours to sync from the time the student was enrolled in in our student information system.
