MRH Planning for Full-week, In-Person Learning for 2021-22

Dear MRH Families:

The administrators, teachers and staff would like to thank you for your ongoing support through this most unusual and difficult school year. Despite the challenges the entire MRH community made the best out of the circumstances as they unfolded.Despite difficulties, MRHE students continued to learn and grow as a result of the school-community partnership.

MRH staff worked tirelessly to provide a healthy and safe on-campus environment. MRH has faithfully followed CDC and St. Louis County Health Department guidelines with respect to our health and safety practices and will continue to do so as part of our ongoing Return to Learning Plans for the 2021-2022 School year. We are pleased to continue to offer information and opportunities for vaccination of staff and students. All interested and eligible staff and students have had multiple on-campus opportunities for vaccination.

With that in mind, coupled with survey results, we are planning in person learning, 5 days a week in the 2021-2022 school year (beginning in August 2021). Mitigation strategies will remain in place as recommended by the St. Louis County Health Department. We will continue to inform the MRH community if changes are recommended over the summer.

While we will not be providing an MRH virtual academy next year, families who wish to have their child participate in a virtual format for the 2021-2022 school year are requested to complete the MOCAP request form by June 15th. MRH will operate under our regular MOCAP Virtual learning board policy. This means that instruction will be offered through state approved programs such as  Launch, Mizzou Academy or Edgenuity.  Once you have indicated interest, and MRH representative will contact you within a few weeks about the MOCAP enrollment process. If you have questions about the state approved MOCAP virtual offerings for the 2021-2022 school year please reach out to your child’s principal or you may call Rachel Ward at 314-644-4400.
