MRH Offers Fun and Learning at Family Math Night
The MRH Early Childhood Center and the MRH Elementary School are co-sponsoring a Family Math Night for families of students in preschool through 3rd grade. The program takes place at the elementary school on Monday, Feb. 28 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. (The program was originally scheduled to be on Tuesday, Feb. 1 but was cancelled due to the weather.)
The program begins with a talk by Stephanie Slabic, MRH’s math consultant. Following the talk, all parents and children will have the opportunity to create, learn, and practice various mathematical games. Each family will also be able to take game kits to play at home. In addition, there will be attendance prizes awarded.
Families are asked to RSVP for the Family Math Night by calling the ECC (644-4405) or MRHE (644-4403).
