MRH Students Participate in Duke University Talent Identification Program
The 2013-2014 Seventh Grade Talent Search Participants have been selected for the Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke Tip).
The Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving academically gifted and talented youth. As a world leader in gifted and talented education, Duke TIP works with students, their families, and educators to identify, recognize, challenge, engage, and help students reach their highest potential.
Micah Schultz and Emma Sabath are seventh grade students at MRH Middle School who are now eligible to participate in Duke Tip’s talent search, a program that requires exceptional academic ability.
This program guides the students through their high school years and offers them tools and resources to be academically successful. Through their secondary education a newsletter will be sent home to the students that provides helpful information from Duke Tip on educational development, academic resources for gifted students, and guidance on college planning.
