Summer Coding Class Offered at MRH
Maplewood Richmond Heights’ High School Physics Teacher, Ryan Massey is teaching a coding academy this summer at MRH. It will be held June 5-16, 2017 from 10:00 a.m to 12:30 p.m. Any students that would like to participate, click HERE to sign up. There are a few seats still open. Contact Mr. Massey with any questions.
Description of the course below:
Processing Motion is about coding and how physics can be used to move objects on a computer screen (like video games). You don't need any past experience with coding or physics to participate. Space is limited, so signing up to participate does not guarantee a spot in the academy. This summer academy is part of a research project at UM-Saint Louis, led by Mr. Ryan Massey, physics teacher at MRH High School. Cost is free, but participants will be asked to take a science survey and a science test. You can withdraw from the academy at any time and your name will not be published with survey/test data. Each academy will meet on weekdays for two weeks (times might change, but we are planning on 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM).
