Annual MRH Employee Giving Campaign Demonstrates Major Generosity
The MRH annual fall employee giving campaign was a rousing success, once again demonstrating the enormous generosity of the district's staff.
Each year, Maplewood Richmond Heights School District employees have the opportunity to donate to one, two or three organizations during the holiday season. The annual “Make a Difference Campaign” ran through the months of October and November. Beneficiaries are Joe’s Place, Mosaic Services, and the United Way.
This annual event gives staff the opportunity to reach beyond the school’s walls to impact the wellbeing of students and families in the MRH community.
This year, total giving amounted to $10,244.32. That was just 1% behind 2016's total. For the United Way alone, donations were up a whopping 42% from last year.
