Child Care Available for Some Families at Upcoming Town Hall Meetings
The Maplewood Richmond Heights School District is pleased to offer child care for youngsters from 3-to-7 years of age during our upcoming Town Hall meetings to discuss proposed building improvements. If you desire this service, PLEASE REGISTER AHEAD OF TIME by using the guidelines below. Please arrive at your preferred Town Hall location no earlier than 6:30 p.m. in order to check in your child prior to the 7 p.m. start of the Town Hall session. Each meeting is expected to adjourn by 8:30 p.m.
Absolutely no child drop-offs will be accepted on the evenings of the Town Halls.
Attendees requiring child care must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Please include the guardian’s email and an all-hours phone number, along with the name and age of the child and the appropriate meeting dates.
On January 22, we'll use the High School/Middle School cafeteria for child care. The Town Hall will take place in the theatre. Deadline to register: January 20.
On February 12, we'll use the Elementary School library for child care. The Town Hall will take place in the gymnasium. Deadline to register: February 10.
On March 24, we'll use the ECC library for child care. The Town Hall will take place in the gymnasium. Deadline to register: March 20.
