April Is Sexual Assault Awareness Month

April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), during which we want to emphasize the importance of learning, educating, and spreading awareness about sexual assault.

On Wednesday, April 14th, Thrive STL and The Angel Band Project are teaming up to host a Sexual Assault Awareness and Self Defense workshop via Zoom. Registration is completely free-- those who wish to attend must simply fill out an RSVP form. (You'll be entered to win a T-shirt when you RSVP!)

Date: Wednesday, April 14

Time: 6:30-7:30 PM

Refer to the flyer below for more information on the workshop!

Together we can help end sexual assault and make the world a safer, more inclusive place. Visit to join the band on our mission of helping survivors of sexual and intimate partner violence heal through music.
