The MRH District's 2023-2028 Strategic Plan, "Honoring Our History, Shaping Our Future," is a living, evolving document resulting from nearly a year of intensely focused work by a Steering Committee comprising stakeholders from every sector of the MRH community.

This Strategic Plan builds on MRH’s innovative spirit, distinctive culture and unique building-level metaphors to better prepare students to thrive in a diverse and changing world. At the center of our work is an intentional focus on equity, which is integrated into all aspects of the plan. Our goal is to ensure that every student has access to an outstanding education through their experiences at MRH, regardless of their background or circumstances. This work is ongoing and requires continuous improvement.
