Graduation Rate

The student graduation rate is calculated by data submitted through the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education core data platform. The score is calculated based on the percentage of students who complete an educational program that meets the graduation requirement of 24 credits. Students may complete the requirements in 4, but no more than 7, years in Missouri.

Graduate Follow Up

The Follow-Up rate measures the extent to which the students of a School District or school pursue gainful opportunities after graduation. Points in this category are awarded to graduates who meet one of the five identified categories:

• College enrollment
• Advanced Training (trade/technical school)
• Employment
• Military Service and/or National or Community Service or Peace Corps
