Dr. Grawer is a strong proponent of creating an academic culture built on positive relationships. Always promoting a growth mindset, Dr. Grawer is fond of saying “it’s important to love your students and coworkers… meaning, you have a genuine concern for their wellbeing and have their best interests at heart.” He defines success as “the peace of mind which is a direct result of the self-satisfaction in knowing you made a most sincere effort to become the best you can be.”
Kevin has been married to his wife Allegra for 23 years and has four living children. We wish them well as they transition into this new chapter!
