The Maplewood Richmond Heights School District community benefits every day from the dedicated energies and countless hours devoted by a group of seven public servants who are elected by constituents and do not receive compensation for their tireless efforts. They are the school board members of MRH. During the month of March, we will honor these individuals, along with the student body representatives who sit at the table alongside them every third Thursday of the month. The goal is to build awareness and understanding of the important function an elected board of education plays in communities and schools. All MRH stakeholders are asked to recognize the important contributions of these men and women and focus attention on the vital role these public officials play in the education of our children.
