MRH Senior Debaters Named Academic All-Americans

MRH seniors Katy Corcoran, Nate Boyle and Sam Siemer have been named Academic All-Americans by the National Speech and Debate Association (NSDA). Each year the NSDA highlights students who have excelled in speech and debate, in addition to demonstrating academic excellence. Two percent of the 140,000 high school students in speech and debate receive this designation. These seniors have had history-making careers with MRH Speech and Debate, winning numerous championships and qualifying for the State and National tournaments.

Corcoran will study Political Communications at George Washington University in Washington D.C. Siemer is attending Johns Hopkins University to study Economics. Boyle is attending the University of Kansas to major in Political Science and Pre-Law. Boyle is also joining the KU Debate Team, one of the most successful college programs in the nation.
