Board Governance Goals

Goals for 2025-2026

Each year, the Maplewood Richmond Heights School District Board of Education engages in a self-evaluation process to reflect on and strengthen governance practices. As part of this process, the Board develops annual governance goals that provide a clear vision, direction, and set of priorities for the District. These goals serve as a strategic roadmap to guide decision-making, align resources, and support the continuous improvement of student outcomes. This important work is not only central to effective leadership, but it is also a requirement of the Missouri School Improvement Program (MSIP 6).

Entering the 2025-2026 school year, Board goals are under development and will be posted here upon completion.
