Board Strategic Plan Committees

Thank you for your interest in serving on a Maplewood Richmond Heights Board of Education Strategic Planning committee. Submitting your application to serve on a Board committee reflects your support of the mission and vision of the District. Your commitment as a committee member will include:

  • Attend quarterly committee meetings and come prepared to discuss topics to be addressed, having read the agenda and all background material relevant to the topics
  • Use areas of expertise with the committee to make recommendations and provide feedback to the committee regarding the overarching strategy of the District
  • Advocate for MRH by promoting it in ways appropriate to your social and professional network
  • Analyze relevant data and information to assess District progress toward performance and process goals and identify areas of improvement
  • Serve as key communicator with stakeholders, providing updates on progress and engaging them in the process.
