• 2023-2024 Middle School Registration & Enrollment: 7th – 8th Grade

    Below you will find information about the enrollment process.     Registration Process 

    STEP 1: Complete the Online Registration Form: This step is required. This is how your student becomes enrolled in our student information system, PowerSchool©.

    The information from the registration form must be processed by school staff. You may pause until you receive emailed directions for next steps.

    STEP 2: Upload Documents and Fill Out Additional Forms in PowerSchool©: Once your child has been processed you will receive an email with your username and password along with directions on how to complete this step. You should expect to receive the email within two weeks of registration. In the meantime, you should compile and prepare the documents listed below.

    Required Documents:  (Forms marked * should be downloaded, renamed, and saved on your device; then, enter the information on the forms which you downloaded.)

    1. Proof of Residency: An occupancy permit, issued by the city of Maplewood OR Richmond Heights, which lists the student(s) and at least (1) parent/guardian.

    2. Birth Certificate 

    3. Parent/Guardian Photo ID: Only (1) parent/guardian ID is required. At least one of the parent(s)/legal guardian(s) must be an MRH resident.

    4. Immunization record. All immunizations need to be completed before the start of the school year.

    5. Free/Reduced Lunch Application
    6. If applicable and available, please upload the following documents:

    • Asthma action plan from your child’s physician (must be updated annually).

    • Food allergy plan from your child’s physician (must be updated annually).

    • IEP (Individualized Education Plan), for special education services

    • 504 Plan, if your student has accommodations due to health concerns
